A Friday evening rehearsal on the grounds

Seven hours of event time (for example: 4pm ceremony, 4:30-5:30 cocktail hour, 5:30-11pm reception)

Dual interior lighting system controllable by dimmer switches

Barn interior is heated and air conditioned

Renters may choose the caterer and RAMP-certified bartender of their choice

Set up and tear down of reception tables and chairs provided by Rock Ford

Free Wi-Fi in the barn and mansion

Separate catering area with microwave, commercial stainless-steel refrigerator, freezer, sink, and prep tables

40’ by 100’ concrete tent pad adjacent to barn for placement of the tent. Three tent sizes are offered throughout the season with the 40ft x 60ft included!

Included in the rental fee is the use of 125 wooden folding chairs, 90 plastic folding chairs, 23 round five-foot tables, 6 round four-foot tables, 8 rectangular eight-foot tables, 8 rectangular six-foot tables, 3 pedestal/high-top round tables, 2 wine barrels, and 1 sweetheart table.
